It's Vintage Baby ! II / Vintage ! II

Here it is the wedding album I've made for Oana's wedding... This specific model happens to be the most wanted...maybe because of the taffeta flower...

The album was provided with two decorated pens and one ink set ( inkwell and fountain pen) also decorated to fit the theme.

 ...and a " Love is Sweet " paper garland for the candy bar :), all hand cut and hand finished ( to gain this "antiquated paper" look )

Funny Wedding Boutonnieres / Cocarde de Nunta Vesele

These are boutonnieres that I made a while ago for Oana's wedding. Remember her golden and ivory hair flower, and these corsages ....



I did not do more than six pieces but I had a great time.

The one with birds is of the groom; the bride wanted two birds in the nest, a metaphor for their story. They have four children together, but this marriage is for each one of them a second chance at happiness. Therefore there are four eggs in the nest;))



The one with the British royal Crown, it's for one of godfathers who lives in Britain, and the one with the skiing equipement is for the other godfather who loves skiing.



I've also made three car shaped boutonnieres,for the three little boys pairs of bridesmaids who wore these corsages.





Acestea sunt cocardele pe care le-am facut acum ceva timp pentru nunta Oanei. Remember her golden and ivory hair flower, and these corsages....
Nu am facut mai mult decat sase bucati dar m-am distrat de minune.
Cea cu pasari este a mirelui; mireasa si-a dorit doua pasarele in cuib, o metafora a povestii lor. Au impreuna patru copii, pentru fiecare insa aceasta casatorie reprezinta o a doua sansa la fericire. De aceea sunt patru oua in cuib.
Cea cu coroana britanica regala, este pentru unul dintre nasi care locuieste in Marea Britanie, iar cea cu schiuri este pentru celalalt naș care adora schiul.
Am mai realizat de asemeni trei cocarde in forma de masinute ,
pentru cei trei baietei perechi ale domnisoarelor de onoare care au purtat aceste corsaje.

"Love Birds " Wedding Invitation / "Invitatie de Nunta " Porumbei Indragostiti"

I like very much the romantic and simple layout of this invitation so I wanted it to show it to you. But the camera could not capture the full beauty of details: for example satin appearance of the two white doves or the tiny glazed whte spots on the surface of this invitation.



The white cardstock has a very nice canvas like texture that highlights the text when printed.The goldie-bronze shades along with the satin accents are giving a noble aspect to this invitation, but discreet enough to fit a refined, but not too opulent, wedding.



The interior with embossed details and golden patina for enriching the texture:
Interiorul cu detalii embosate si patina aurie pentru a imbogati textura:



Imi place tare mult aspectul romantic si simplu al acestei invitatii asa ca am vrut sa v-o arat si voua. Totusi aparatul de fotografiat nu a putut surprinde in intregime frumusetea detaliilor: spre exemplu aspectul satinat al celor doi porumbei sau punctele albe satinate de pe suprafata invitatiei.
Cartonul alb are o textura panzata care evidentiaza foarte frumos textul , atunci cand este tiparita. Nuantele de auriu spre broz impreuna cu accentele satinate, confera invitatiei un aspect nobil, dar destul de discret pentru a se potrivi unei nunti rafinate, dar nu prea opulente.

Baroque wedding invitation / Invitatie de nunta baroc

When I designed this wedding invitation I was thinking about baroque old times...queens and kings, knights and princesses, the burning passion of love poems whispered by lovers...
So, here is the result. Please comment as I know what you think.

A dream wedding / O nunta de vis

In sfarsit voi avea albumul de nunta pe care l-am asteptat atat. Tin sa va spun ca a iesit mult mai bine decat originalul :). Glumesc, am avut doar sansa sa am langa mine, in ziua marelui eveniment, numai oameni profesionisti si cred ca si foarte buni psihologi ca prea au iesit toate cum am vrut eu...

At least i'm going to receive the wedding album that i've been waiting for. I must say it came out much better than the original:). Kidding, just that i had the chance to have close to me only professionals and i think they are also rather good psychologists - as all the happenings came out as i wanted...
